What precautions do I need to follow while applying Tazret?

Tazret should not be used on healthy, eczematous or inflamed skin, as it may cause severe irritation. Externally used medications and cosmetics that have a strong drying effect should be avoided. Weather extremes, such as wind or cold, may be more irritating to patients using Tazret. Avoid excessive exposure to UV rays (sun, solarium, PUVA therapy, or UVB therapy) during the treatment. Use sunscreen and protective clothing during Tazret therapy.
