Why Do People Die With Heart Attacks in Gym?
But is the gym the real reason for heart attack?
- Many celebrities like Raju Shrivastava, Siddaanth Vir Suryavanshi, Abir Goswami and Deepesh Bhan, died due to heart attacks during workout in the gym.
- No, the real reason is cardiac health, which means whether you are really fit to do intense workout.
- People especially Indians have a poor lifestyle and a habit of having junk foods, especially fried foods, foods made from maida and eating more sugar and salt than the recommended daily allowance by the FDA.
- These foods are rich in cholesterol and when the cholesterol gets into the body they get attached with some other substances and move along with the blood in the whole body.
- When cholesterols reach the arteries, they start disposing of there and by the passing time, they start forming plaques that block the flow of blood to heart and brain, leading to high blood pressure, heart disease, and strokes.
- And during this condition if you start working out intensely, your heart starts to pump faster to supply more blood in required areas, which leads to more pressure on blood vessels causing rupture in the blood vessels.
- This rupture causes bleeding and the body instantly makes blood clots as a defense mechanism which adds more to the blockage and stops the complete blood flow to the heart and the brain leading to cardiovascular diseases such as heart attack or brain stroke.
- This is why people get sudden cardiac arrest during a workout at the gym.
