Follow the directions on your Cefixime label meticulously. The medication can be taken with or without food.

Common side effects may include indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or vaginal itching If these persist, consult your doctor.

Do not take It if allergic to Cefixime or other cephalosporin antibiotics Inform your doctor about any penicillin allergies. For individuals with phenylketonuria (PKU), note that the chewable tablet may contain phenylalanine.
