Both Roxidin and ketoprofen are pain killers. Both are non-selective COX (cyclooxygenase -an enzyme responsible for inflammation and pain). Research studies have shown ketoprofen topical gel is better and effective as compared to Roxidin. Ketoprofen gel also showed excellent tolerability.
